News: Expenses when buying a property.

Expenses when buying a property.

Important expenses when purchasing a property are:

  • notarial services
  • property registration fee

Let's talk about each of them.

Notary fees, called fees, are regulated by the government and they all charge the same fee for the same services. In case of issuing a public deed of sale, prices range from 600 to 875 euros, depending on the price of the property. For example, for an apartment costing 90,000 - 100,000 € you will pay approximately 850 euros, and for an apartment costing 250,000 € you will have to pay about 1,000 €.

Registration of the deed of sale and purchase, signed by a notary, also has its cost. Again, fees are set by regulation and are directly related to the price of the property, although they typically range from 250 € to 650 €.
