Price of property in Spain increased in 2017
Property prices in Spain went up by 2.8% in 2017 to 2.227 euros per square metre.
According to real estate experts, this is the greatest annual increase since 2007.
By autonomous communities, the highest increase has been recorded in Navarra, followed by Madrid and Catalonia. Property prices in Valencia remain stable, while the Costa Blanca is one of the areas with the cheapest prices for second-hand homes.
