News: Torrevieja´s International and Author Cuisine Gastronomy Days
The Restaurant Association of Torrevieja organizes the first edition of the International and Author Cuisine Gastronomy Days to be held from 15th to 21st May.
The official presentation was attended by representatives of some of the sixteen restaurants involved in this gastronomic event, which aims at promoting the best international establishments with a single price of 25 euros.
The menus offered will be a mix of tradition and innovation, according to Roberto Carrilo of Las Columnas Restaurant, who listed dishes such as "Dim sum with prawns from Guardamar", "Nigiri de couscous with wild red salmon from Alaska" or desserts like the" Yuca Fritters with Cuban Rum Cold Soup".
