News: Orihuela presents 2nd edition of Sicted Gastronomy Days

The councillor for Tourism at the Orihuela Town Hall, Sofía Álvarez, recently presented the second edition of the Sicted Gastronomy Days that will take place from the 12th until the 18th June.

The local restaurants distinguished with this award for their commitment to Quality Tourism will participate in this event which, as the councillor recalled, was very well received last year and in which the gastronomy and typical products of Orihuela were promoted.

A different restaurant will play the lead role each day with these restaurants taking part in the Sicted Gastronomy Days: Restaurante Las Villas, Restaurante Casa Corro, Restaurante La Barraca, Restaurante Las Huellas de Miguel-Hotel Palacio Tudemir, Restaurante Los Ángeles, Restaurante Joaquín and Restaurante Montepiedra.

The councillor for Tourism also informed that this year Miguel Hernández´s figure and music will play an important part in the event with a series of complementary activities to be announced soon.
