News: Costa Blanca mortgage market up by almost 18%

The latest figures concerning mortgage loans registered on residential property on the Costa Blanca show that more credit was extended to house buyers last summer. According to the report issued by the Spanish Office of National Statistics, the number of mortgage loans granted at a national level rose to over 29,500 in one month, with the total loan capital also increasing by 4,7% to 116,000 euros average per mortgage.
