The purchase of a property involves a significant investment of money. Therefore, it is important that before taking the step to formalize the purchase, many aspects are taken into account so as not to risk ourselves and not lose the money or not achieve what they have promised us.

It is advisable to be very well informed of all the possible details such as loans, initial installments, real estate, etc., but ... what other aspects should we know?

What you should know before buying a property?

Before acquiring the property you have to have a very clear idea about how much you can get to pay and how to do it. For this, it is advisable to go to our bank to apply for a mortgage loan and the entity will be in charge of doing a credit study to see if they can provide us the credit or not.

What will be the initial fee? In Spain, at least at present, banks only finance up to 80% of the value of the home, but you have to know what the fee must be paid on a mandatory basis.

Knowing who the promoter that is commercializing the property is is important, especially if it is new work. Go to the Mercantile Registry to request information about your legal situation. You can also know if you have a planning license within a development with the approach that has been approved by the local administration, if you have some kind of funding, etc.

At what time should the property be acquired? Not everyone knows the ins and outs of the real estate sector; therefore, it is advisable to have the help of professionals. In this way, the buyer will be advised at all times about the details that normally not everyone is fixed or ignorance.

Spending is important, so it is recommended not to go with the right money. A remnant must be taken because at any moment some unforeseen expense (bureaucratic procedures, notaries, etc.) may appear.
