News: Great fortunes looking for luxury property in Spain

Spain's appeal for investors is on the rise as some of the world's great fortunes look for property in Spain.

According to real estate experts, Costa Blanca luxury property is very affordable in comparison with luxury property in other capitals of the world.

While luxury property in Spain is sold at about 15,000 euros per square meter, the price doubles in Paris, with London or New York selling at 40,000 euros per square meter and Monaco reaching 50,000 euros per square meter.

In addition, the demand for luxury homes in Spain has seen an 80% increase since 2013, according to the latest reports. Properties priced over one million euros are considered luxury properties.

The Costa Blanca´s luxury real estate market offers a wide range of exclusive properties situated in the most desirable locations, including Punta Prima, La Zenia, Cabo Roig and Campoamor, among others.
