News: ​Culinary Fest in Orihuela and Orihuela Costa this month

Orihuela´s councillor for Tourism, Sofía Álvarez, recently presented the first edition of the "Sicted" Culinary Fest that will take place from the 13th to the 18th of June both in the city of Orihuela and Orihuela Costa.

No less than 42 restaurants located in the municipality of Orihuela on the Costa Blanca have been distinguished with the seal of quality from the local tourist board that guarantess the best quality and service.

The menus that will be served during this Culinary Fest will have a cost of 38€ per person and all you need to do is make a reservation with the restaurant you prefer out of the following:

Monday June 13 "El tapeo de Agus"; Tuesday June 14 "La Barraca"; Wednesday June 15 "Hotel Palacio Tudemir"; Thursday 16 "Alejandro's"; Friday June 17 "Las Villas"; Saturday June 18 "El Joaquín" and "Hotel Montepiedra".

There will be some additional activities available including wine or beer tasting and live music, as well as an interesting talk on the history of salted fish, and an exhibition of pastry at the close.
