News: Costa Blanca leads the way for Spanish property sales

According to the latest official property sales figures in Spain, the Comunitat Valenciana led the way for property sales with 151 transactions for every 100,000 inhabitants of purchasing age last September. The national average is approximately 100 transactions. This is a sign that the real estate market keeps consolidating its recovery year after year.

A total of 5,892 homes were bought on the Costa Blanca and Valencia last September, representing an increase of 13.2% on September 2016.

At a national level, a total of 38,610 properties were bought throughout Spain last September, representing an increase of 11% compared to last year.
