The level of activity in the Costa Blanca property market is now around 170 transactions per 100,000 inhabitants of purchasing age, while the national average is approximately 100 transactions.

Figures suggest that prices rose by 1.5% year-on-year during the first quarter of the year, with the Costa Blanca South experiencing a remarkable boost with prices up on average by 5%, particularly in the municipalities of Torrevieja and Orihuela Costa.
